Audit Insurance is a specialized service available to all our clients. Audits can sometimes be very traumatic and we at Kudlow & McCann are prepared to support our clients when an eventuality of this type occur.
For a small annual fee which includes GST, we handle any Canada Revenue Agency income tax or GST audit inquiries and we will represent you during the tax audit. In addition, in the unlikely event that Canada Revenue Agency makes any adjustment to your file we will prepare all necessary appeal documents and represent you up to the objection stage at no additional cost.
Please note, this fee does not cover the creation of the necessary supporting documentation for the audit. We will advise you, in detail, of the necessary documentation required for the audit process.
You will be expected to provide us with detail documentation to substantiate revenue and expense items claimed on your personal returns.
To the extent you do not have any documentation, this insurance is null and void.
