Professional experience
Gary initially founded Kudlow & McCann Chartered Accountants in 1988. His practice involves both personal and corporate taxation and his experience includes tax planning and advice to owner managed businesses, estate planning and Canada USA cross border taxation. He has extensive experience providing professional service to individuals and owner managed corporations involved in: The Arts and Entertainment Industry, The Professional Health Care Providers Services Sector, Residential Rental Real Estate Sector and the Wholesale\Retail and Merchandise Distribution Sector. His broad business skills and acumen combine with exceptional empathy and a clear understanding of clients' needs to make him an ideal professional partner for those seeking sound advice, practical solutions and innovative support.
Gary received his Chartered Accountant designation in 1985 and obtained his Bachelor of Business Administration from the Schulich School of Business in 1982. He obtained his United States Certified Public Accountant designation in 2006. He has completed the CICA in-depth tax program and is a member of the Canadian Tax Foundation. In the community, Gary continues to serve as a Board Member at the Canadian Actors Equity Tax Caucus, and was a founding Board Member at Soul Pepper Theatre. |

Warren is a founding partner of Kudlow & McCann PC Chartered Accountants. His practice involves both personal and corporate taxation and his experience includes tax planning and advice to owner managed businesses, corporate finance, estate planning, cross border taxation, tax audits and appeals. Warren is also Managing Director of Epireon Capital Advisors Ltd., a Toronto based firm specializing in mid market private commercial mortgage lending.
Warren received his Chartered Accountant designation in 1986 and obtained his MBA from The University of Windsor. He has completed the CICA in-depth tax course and is a member of the Canadian Tax Foundation. In the community, Warren has served as Treasurer of The Rosedale-Moore Park Association and The Factory Theatre. |

Jimmy Ye, CA, CGA, CFP, MBA
Jimmy has been in public practice serving owner-managed businesses over the past 18 years.
Jimmy focuses on the arts and entertainment industry and specializes in accounting, taxation and reporting for film and TV productions. His expertise includes Film & TV Tax Credits, Computer Animation & Special Effects Tax Credits(OCASE) , Ontario Interactive Digital Media Tax Credits (OIDMTC), and Scientific Research & Experimental Development Tax Credits (SR & ED).
Since the introduction of the film and other media tax credits in 1995/1996, Jimmy has been involved with over 200 film/TV and new media productions. He has been assisting film/TV producers in budgeting, financing, cash flow management, business affairs, liaison with CAVCO & OMDC, audit of production costs reports and the claiming of these Federal and Provincial film tax credits.
Jimmy received his MBA from the University of Toronto in 1991 and started his public accounting career thereafter. He received his Certified General Accountant (CGA) designation in 1993 and qualified as a Chartered Accountant (CA) in 1998. Jimmy became a Certified Financial Planner (CFP) in 2000.
Colin Goodall B Comm CA
Colin joined Kudlow & McCann in 2003 and currently provides assistance to it’s clients in general accounting, taxation and other assurance services. Colin is pursuing additional professional development in the area of US taxation. Due to his interest in the entertainment industry and sports management he is attempting to develop a practice assisting these individuals to deal with comprehensive planning and tax compliance issues in both the US and Canada.
Colin received his CA designation in 2006 and graduated from the University of Windsor with an Honours Bachelor of Commerce degree in 2003.
